If you've ever jogged, sauntered, biked or bladed down that glorious OMSI-to-Springwater Trail, you've surely noticed the mausoleum that rises from the Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge. That structure features an old, faded mural of a blue heron that's about to get some company. In fact, it's about to become the largest hand-painted mural in the United States.
